RMCS provides payroll outsourcing services for companies having headcount of 50 and above and at very competitive rates.
The payroll outsourcing services may be arranged in many ways, subject to the request and requirement of the clients.
F I R S T
Use client’s existing payroll system and RMCS play the role of payroll processing only; remote access must be granted.
S E C O N D
RMCS will provide payroll processing system, including Employee Master to house the employees’ data and will process the payroll remotely.
Client will have no access to the HR system, instead will be provided a monthly payroll report summary as well as payroll bank file for salary payment purposes. Salary disbursement for employees can be done either via client’s bank or bank arranged by
Other information like leave and attendance management will be managed by the client.
T H I R D
Client may opt for complete payroll outsource together with other HR transactional activities.
Issuance of letter of offer/confirmation/termination
Data entry for employees, time attendance & leave management
Payroll processing (including disbursement of salary via bank)
All statutory payments submission
E-payslips/ m-Payslips (via mobile apps)
E-EA / m-EA (via mobile apps)
These above services must be done via the SaaS model and shall be on subscription basis.
